Poke Bowl


Ingredients

Main:
salmon
Main Veggies:
avocado, diced red onion, sliced thinly and rinsed edamame, steamed green onion, sliced
Other:
1 oba leaf (japanese mint), sliced thinly dried seaweed, sliced seaweed salad dried garlic flakes dried onion flakes seeds (*)

(*) sesame/flax/sunflower/chia/pumpkin
Sauce:
ponzu sauce spicy japanese mayo (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sautee salmon on a skillet.
  2. Just mix it all together. Everything is to taste.
