Ponzu Sauce


Ingredients

250ml rice vinegar 200ml soy sauce 50ml lemon/yuzu juice (optional) 5g bonito flakes 5g dried kombu 25ml mirin

Instructions

  1. Mix everything on a sealed container and keep on the fridge for 2 days.
  2. Strain to remove kombu and bonito flakes.
