Instructions

  1. Wash them in cold water. Meanwhile bring water to boil on a large heavy pot.
  2. Add salt to water and cook bean sprouts for 4 minutes covered on high heat.
  3. Let it sit covered for 1 more minute out of the heat.
  4. Wash the cooked bean sprouts in cold water and drain.

1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp black pepper 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds, crushed with fingers 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 green onion, chopped
