Miso Soup


Ingredients

500ml dashi 2 tbsp white miso 180g soft tofu, diced 1 tbsp dried wakame 1 green onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Bring dashi to a boil. Turn off heat.
  2. Incorporate miso by filling a laddle and mixing, submerging a bit to let it dissipate, then lift and mix again. Repeating this a few times.
  3. Add tofu, wakame and green onion.
