Pao de Queijo


Ingredients

Liquids:
1/2 cup oil 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup milk 1 tsp salt
Flour Mix:
2 cups tapioca (260g) 2 tsp garlic
Egg mix:
2/3 cup parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Lightly simmer liquids on a sauce pan.
  2. Mix liquids and flour mix on a large bowl.
  3. Wait for 15 minutes and mix in egg mix.
  4. Form balls and place on a parchement-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
