Ingredients
From the fridge:

confectioners swerve
1/3 cup (50g)
unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 up (100g)
pecans
1/3 up (45g)
crushed
walnuts
1/3 up (45g)
crushed
semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup (100g)
Oil:
melted coconut oil

Add to a medium-sized bowl, and whisk to combine

2/3 cup (100g)
Add to the bowl and mix with a spatula

Refrigerate dough for 30-45 minutes

Use a cookie scoop to add the balls to a parchement-lined baking sheet (around 12)
Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes
