Keto Buns


Ingredients:

Dry:
100g almond flour
2 tbsp psyllum husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Wet:
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp oil
Consider adding 1/2 to 1/4 xantham gum to the dry ingredients.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients on a bowl. Add in 4 tbsp boiling water
  2. Mix all wet ingredients on a separate bowl.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Bake on parchement-lined baking sheet at 350F for 30 minutes.
