maple syrup

avocado oil

egg white

dried fruits

Roughly chop and mix

Add liquids, depending on the chosen version.

Place it on a thin layere over parchement-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 250F for about 1 hour or until roasted.
Add any optinal dried fruits.
Let it cool completely, then break apart with hands.
