Candy Bars


Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:
250g nuts
crushed or chopped
65g confectioners swerve
Nut paste:
235g dark chocolate chips
250g nut butter
3 tbsp refined coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix nut paste and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
  2. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add everything to a parchement-lined deep 11x7 baking tray. Add a layer of parchement paper on top and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Once frozen, cut into bar shapes. Store it in the freezer.
