Almond Meal Pancakes

Ingredients

Flour mix:
1 cup (100g) almond meal 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt
Liquids:
2 eggs 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp maple syrup 3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook each side on a non-stick skillet for 2-3 minutes
