Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients
Liquids bowl:
1/2 cups butter, melted
3/4 cups swerve
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Flour bowl:
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Dough
- Combine the liquids bowl ingredients.
- Thoroughly mix the flour bowl ingredients.
- Add flours slowly into liquids, mixing well.
- Wrap up the batter and freeze for 1 hour.
Baking
- Form the batter into balls.
- Press the dough with a fork.
- Bake at 325F on a parchement-lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes
- Let them cool for at least 30 minutes
