Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients


Liquids bowl:
1/2 cups butter, melted 3/4 cups swerve 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp vanilla
Flour bowl:
2 cups almond flour 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions


Dough
  1. Combine the liquids bowl ingredients.
  2. Thoroughly mix the flour bowl ingredients.
  3. Add flours slowly into liquids, mixing well.
  4. Wrap up the batter and freeze for 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Form the batter into balls.
  2. Press the dough with a fork.
  3. Bake at 325F on a parchement-lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes
  4. Let them cool for at least 30 minutes
