Shrimp Fried Rice


Ingredients

Main:
3 tsp sesame oil 1 cup brown rice, cooked 1.5 cup frozen vegetable mix 150g shrimp, cooked and chopped 31 egg, scrambled 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Sautee rice on sesame oil.
  2. Add frozen vegetable mix and shrimp. Toss and heat through.
  3. Open some space in the pan and crack the eggs. Stir egg into the rice mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
