Egg Roll Bowls


Ingredients

Main:
1 lb lean ground beef 6 scallions, chopped 2 garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, minced
Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp apricot jam or orange marmelade 1 tbsp sesame oil
Salad
14 oz coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Cook main ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Stir in sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and mix with salad.
