Almond Cherry Oat Bars


Ingredients

Main Bowl:
1 cup white whole wheat flour 2/3 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup sliced almonds 2 tbsp almond flour 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup berries
Seasoning:
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt
Liquids:
1/4 cup olive oil 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Transfer them to a pachement-lined 8-inch square baking pan.
  3. Pat into even layer. Bake 350F for 25 minutes until center comes out clean.
  4. When completely cooled, cut it 4x4. This can be made ahead and frozen.
