Beef Spare Ribs

Ingredients

Meat:
1 slab spare ribs
Rub:
4 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder
Rub (liquids):
2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp white vinegar
  1. Brush liquids on the meat. Then spread the rub all over.
  2. Bake at 300F for 1:30 hours. Remove and baste with the pan drippings. Cook for another 1:30 hours until very tender.
  3. Remove and baste again. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
