Coffee Ice Cream


This recipe isn't fully fleshed out yet. It's a work in progress

Ingredients

600g milk 300g heavy cream 90g bocha sweet 30g ground coffee 1 tsp vanilla 40g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Simmer all ingredients, except chopped dark chocolate.
  2. Pass through a sieve. Then add chopped dark chocolate. Leave the mix on the fridge overnight.
  3. Churn in the ice cream maker for around 20 minutes.
