Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

700g milk 200g heavy cream 100g bocha sweet 40g dutch-processed cocoa powder 10g ground coffee 1 tsp vanilla pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix everything on a sauce pan and warm until simmering, whisking frequently.
  2. Pass the mix through a sieve.
  3. Put mix on the fridge until fully chilled.
  4. Churn in the ice cream maker for around 20 minutes.
